Fried moong dal dumplings or mirchi pakora served with mooli lachha and mint chutney.

  • Soak moong dal for 3–4 hours; grind to a coarse batter.
  • Add chopped green chili, ginger, coriander, salt to batter; mix well.
  • For mirchi vada: slit green chilies and stuff with spiced potato or dal mix.
  • Deep fry dal batter portions or mirchi vada until golden and crisp.
  • Top with grated radish and serve hot with mint chutney.
