Crispy hollow puris filled with spicy & tangy water.

  • Make stiff dough with sooji/atta, rest 15 minutes.
  • Roll small discs and deep-fry until puffed & crisp; cool.
  • Blend mint, tamarind, cumin, black salt, green chili with water; chill.
  • Season boiled chickpeas lightly for filling.
  • Crack puri, add chickpeas, pour chilled pani; serve immediately.
