Crispy potato patty with masala, mint-coriander chutney and tamarind sauce.

  • Boil potatoes; cool and mash.
  • Mix mashed potato with ginger, green chili, cumin, chaat masala, salt; bind with cornflour/breadcrumbs.
  • Shape into patties and chill 10–15 minutes to firm up.
  • Shallow-fry on a hot tawa with oil until both sides are golden and crisp.
  • Serve with mint–coriander chutney and tamarind sauce; garnish as desired.
